Work. Uni. Social Life. Self-care. On top of this, young people are also faced with pressures related to housing affordability, social media and the global political climate. It’s no wonder doctors are seeing more and more young people coming to them with stress-induced problems. In fact a survey released by Medibank found that just under five million Australians are affected by stress. That’s one million more people than the decade before.
Wavelength had a chat live on air with Dr Lane to see what we can do to reduce this stress in our increasingly busy lifestyles.
