“I try and utilise the time, especially now you’re an adult…that holiday time is way more precious”

It’s finally that time of year. The sun’s out longer, the weather’s warmer and for many of us, it means a bit of a break from work or studying.

After studying and working hard all year, the Christmas period finally provides an opportunity to relax, and there’s definitely no single way to spend your time off. Some people hit the beach, some go camping, some just like to chill out with a good book. Maybe it’s even time to binge that series you’ve been putting off. But many people can head back to work or Uni afterwards feeling they haven’t done as much as they’d have liked. Even boredom can set in after the initial excitement of having time off.

So how can you make the most of your holidays? How do you avoid your time off becoming a bit stale? Wavelength spoke to you on the streets of Adelaide about your plans for these summer holidays.
