It’s that age-old question, just how do you stop that 5 star Uber rating from dropping?

A huge part of the Uber experience is their rating system, where you and your driver can give each other a rating at the end of a trip. Unfortunately, if it’s just one of those days, you may get a driver that decides to give you a low score, often with no indication of why. Were you too quiet? Did you forget to ask if they’re having a busy night? It’s definitely annoying to see that 5 star rating slip away. So just how exactly can you stop it from dropping?

Wavelength went out to get a couple of tips on how to keep that strong reputation.
