A lot of people say that Christmas is the “most wonderful time of the year”. I mean how can you not? Everyone comes together, eats lots and lots of food, and receives their most wanted gifts (well, sometimes).

But for many of us South Aussies, Fringe season is pretty up there or even better than the festive period. It is the time when our city comes alive and gives us a gift of its own.

Providing amusing and unique entertainment that lasts a whole month, it is no wonder why Adelaideans and people from around the globe love jet setting to our city to experience the massive vibe.

But get keen cause the ever-popular Rundle St, right in the heart of all the Fringe commotion, is providing on-street dining, opening up into a sea of people, food and of course drinks!

Kicking off on the 15th of February under a majestic set of fairy lights, the street will turn into the perfect setting to soak in the incredible Fringe atmosphere, whilst having a bite to eat and some bevvies with your mates!

The busy fashion and eating district will be closed off from East Tce to Frome Road every Friday, Saturday and Sunday night at 6pm during the entire Fringe Festival…how gooood!

So, whether you want to kick off with some dinner before a fringe show or knock back a few drinks after roaming around the Garden of Unearthly Delights, be sure to dine on the street at the most bustling time of year!

With sooo many cuisines on offer you’d be crazy to miss out! So, make sure you secure yourself a table cause let me tell you, they will book out fast! Check out some of the places that are joining in on the fun:
