The forever popular Groovin The Moo is back for another glorious year, most likely featuring glitter and those bloody Ikea festival shirts.
The festival has just dropped its line up, and the promoters would be feeling quite smug after snagging some glorious national and international talent.
Up in the ranks are a variety of Aussie artists in Thelma Plum, DMA’s, Hermitude, Regurgitator and our very own SA beauties, Hilltop Hoods. We can listen to these guys while Losing It to Fisher too. Rejoice!
They’ve also thrown Nick Murphy (fka Chet Faker) in the mix, which may mean a few new tracks are coming our way from him.
On top of the local selection, their scouting for international talent has brought some stellar results. 17-year-old pop icon Billie Eilish, Danish pop sensation MØ, A$AP Twelvyyy, Sofi Tucker and TOKiMONSTA will all perform. Plus, Adelaide is expected to turn into a Gangsta’s Paradise with Coolio rolling in to sing the classic 90’s track.
The touring regional festival will be opening here in Adelaide, so we get the first peak at the talent (winning). You can catch all the acts at the Showgrounds on April 26th before they head interstate.
Tickets for all-ages go on sale TOMORROW! Snag one at 8am local time here.
