Fresh 92.7 is proud to present Futuresounds V this coming Saturday (Nov 21st), featuring the return of a much-loved, sorely-missed musical act.

The Swiss – the dynamic duo of Luke Million and Empire Of The Sun’s Tony Mittolo – will reunite for the first time in what feels like forever, headlining the Fresh 92.7 stage!

Yep, we’ve curated a whole stage to ourselves. The Oscillators, World Wild and Nakatomi are amongst the other acts to play the Fresh 92.7 stage. Tevlo, Cosmic Creature, Lonelyspeck, Kimonono, Lazer Blades, PNKFME and more will rock the Beats and Alternative stages on the night – the full lineup is below!

Also – because everyone likes free stuff – we’ve put together a little collection of tracks from each artist on the lineup, and you can get that on a free USB wristband we’ll be giving to everyone upon entry!

Futuresounds V is this year’s second instalment of Adelaide’s only local live electronic music festival. If you made it to Futuresounds IV, you’ll have some very fond memories of a packed out Crown & Sceptre celebrating and enjoying the best underground electronic music this city has to offer! The Futuresounds boys are going in for round two this year, bringing 23 acts together for one huge night of all local, all live, all electronic music.

Futuresounds, for those of you who aren’t up with what they’re doing, are a collective started by Patrick Lang and Tom Gaffney. It began as an attempt to bring together Adelaide’s electronic musicians – our scene was quite sparse and fragmented at the time. The boys have done an amazing job of helping to bring that scene together – they started by throwing a few local shows, and it’s now grown into a massive operation including the Futuresounds festivals and fortnightly Sidechain showcases. They’ve put over 70 acts on stage and play an active role in mentoring and providing opportunities to local electronic artists.

We’ve been supporters of these guys for some time, and we’re thrilled to be able to fully partner with them on this event and help give some major shine to a very talented group of artists. Lineup and details below.
