It’s been a big year for Flight Facilities, the release of their hit single earlier in the year entitled ‘Heart Attack’ featuring Australia’s own Owl Eyes peaked at #3 on the ARIA Charts and now we also saw the release of their documentary ‘Across America’. Released by film company De Republica, it showcases how Hugo & Jimmy went across the States for their first cross country bus tour. The documentary captures all the fun and crazy times of being on the road and give us all a snapshot of what it takes to be a true touring artist. To cap off their successful 2015, the electronic duo are also releasing a special live album a week before Christmas.
For this one night only performance, they teamed up with Melbourne Symphony Orchestra at Sidney Myer Music Bowl in October for a very special one off concert. This show consisted of a 90-piece orchestra and featured the vocals of Reggie Watts, Owl Eyes and loads more.
Featured on the album are two of their finest remixes including James Curd’s ‘Got to Have’ and The Lowbrows ‘Dream In The Desert’, a live set of ‘Heart Attack’ with Owl Eyes on vocals and even some new orchestral elements.

If you can’t wait, you can pre-order the CD here, the album will be available on the 18th of December (this Friday).
