SHIFT_

SHIFT_ is a showcase feature show highlighting current & upcoming electronic dance music be it club, house, electro or techno as well as the artists that make it from all parts of Australia and the World.

SHIFT_ is essentially split into two main parts, the first of which ‘THE CRATE’, is a music showcase which will feature an array of local & international tracks from a variety of different artists, spanning multiple genres.

The second half, ‘THE RESIDENT’, features an artist/Dj each week be they Local, National or International. The music played by them will represent the shows ethos aswell as provide those unfamiliar with something fresh and inviting & the fans something to talk about.

Forget pigeon holes, borders, rules or narrow ideas because SHIFT_ is about to smash them down…

Each week Alex Mckenzie hosts SHIFT_ a show dedicated to those listeners frustrated with the generic, the stale and the plain. It’s a show for those of you who enjoy the culture, fun & the good times that come with being open and accepting of all there is in the dance world as well as those who have only just got their feet part way in the door.”
