Remember Pendulum? Drum and bass masters? Players of some of the greatest DJ sets Adelaide witnessed during the mighty 2000’s? The guys behind Witchcraft, Crush, and Watercolour?
Once upon a time, the word on the street was that they’d broken up and were never coming back. Sure, we had to wait 7 years to prove it so, but the rumours have finally been put to rest.
Yep, the Perth natives are returning to home soil for their huge comeback, dubbed Pendulum Returns. In the pipeline: their first Adelaide gig since 2010.
The event’s locked in for July 28 at Thebarton Theatre, and is set to be the biggest drum and bass DJ headline gig in Adelaide to date. Not only that, the show will also be Pendulum’s biggest standalone DJ set, not part of a festival. With support from DJ Patch, MPK, and The Collective, and world-class sound & light technicians, Novatech, this show will be one for the ages. You won’t wanna miss it, I mean, who knows when (or if) they’ll be back again…
So, we’re taking advantage of the opportunity. We’re proud to announce that Pendulum will be the latest guests of our Fresh Air Open House series – meaning we’re going to host an exclusive Q&A with them before the gig, and you’re all invited. If you’ve never been to a Fresh Air Open House before, check out the ones we did with MaRLo, SLUMBERJACK and The Kite String Tangle, and register below. It’s free, but places are limited, so please register below to ensure you can come along!
