Alex, of “Cam &” fame, LOVES scary movies. But, she’s too afrpalacenova_mainreversed(white)aid to go and see them on her own, and none of her mates like them, so nobody will go with her! So, she’s using the power of radio to find some new friends: that’s where YOU come in.

Alex is hosting a scary movie at Palace Nova for YOU, her Scary Movie Mates. We’ve hired out a PRIVATE CINEMA with only 17 seats to make it nice and intimate. We’re gonna screen “Ouija: Origin of Evil” and we want you to hear each other’s heartbeat… and Alex’s piercing screams! (No, seriously, they’re loud.)

“Ouija: Origin of Evil” is the terrifying follow-up to the 2014 film. In 1965 Los Angeles, a widowed mother and her two daughters add a new stunt to bolster their séance scam business and unwittingly invite authentic evil into their home.  When the youngest daughter is overtaken by the merciless spirit, this small family confronts unthinkable fears to save her and send her possessor back to the other side.

You’ll be taken care of by the legends at Palace Nova, who will provide a drink to calm those scary-movie-nerves. That’s because Palace Nova on Rundle Street is a fully licensed cinema, which is pretty much the greatest thing ever. They also have everything from brand new boutique cinemas, to Adelaide’s LARGEST screen: #ExiMax, and you can hire them out with your mates too! Also, if you’re after Adelaide’s cheapest tickets, take advantage of their Monday Madness.

Make sure you’re listening to Cam and Alex every day from 6am to become a Scary Movie Mate and hold Alex’s hand at Ouija, screening at Palace Nova Cinemas – Wednesday Feb 22 at 4pm.
