Beats ’n’ Pieces

The Show Beats’n’Pieces aims to deliver a smooth mix of new and upfront soulful house together with a blend of Soul,Funk,Jazz and Club music from the past hopefully giving the show that educational twist as to where it all began. I had the concept and name for the show over 20 years ago and used to deliver on London radio.

There is no one else involved in Beats’n’Pieces and the Program takes about 6 to 8 working hours a week to put together.

As my memory dissolves into middle age I cant remember when I first began on Fresh although the first show went for one hour with no coaching of the studio desk and it was a case of get in and get on with it (he he ) that was probably about 9 years ago. Now Beats’n’Pieces goes Back to 2 hours and hopefully reaches the parts other shows cant.
